All content, design, code, and materials in the Compare Pryce app and website — excluding third-party trademarks and content — are owned by or licensed to Compare Pryce. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Supermarket names, logos, and brand identifiers displayed in the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying the source of pricing information.
The Service relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Cloudflare, CockroachDB, and others, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services, and we make no warranties regarding their performance.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Compare Pryce and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed AUD $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), which cannot be excluded by agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Compare Pryce harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you retain any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
